Every assignment from God requires a shift in our thinking. This fast recognizes that only God can initiate that shift through His revelation. Transformation happens as we respond at a heart level and surrender to His truth.

Option One
Water Only
Participate in a water-only fast for the designated fasting period.

No Sweets
Abstain from sweets, juices, cakes, sodas, and candies during the fast.
