The Kingdom Call

By Olivia Saunders

The kingdom call is a divine designation, designation meaning: The choosing and naming of someone to be the holder of an official position. Everyone who has accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will be called by the King. At this very moment the call is getting louder and louder for the saints of God to take their places and positions in the Lord. There’s no secret that we are constantly in battle with the enemy of this world, but if we stand our ground we will be in the position to prosper.

When the kingdom calls, we need to have a relationship with The Ruler. God has extended the divine invitation to get to know Him and to be in covenant with Him. This is a moment right now to praise Him because in consideration of the call, your behavior didn’t forfeit your purpose. There was safety in your stronghold, and your position isn’t for you but for the glory for our heavenly Father. As God saw you building on your bondage, God made a declaration for your independence from the enemy. In other words, the court of God is calling. Call meaning: A cry made as a summons or to attract sometimes attention. We see this in 1 Samuel 3:3. God called Samuel’s name and since Samuel was in his infancy he didn’t recognize the voice of God. But when Samuel rendered himself to the calling in time he became a judge and a prophet.

The New Testament gives testimony as well when Christ confronted the Apostle Paul. In Acts 9:3-6 the Lord himself not only asked Paul why he was persecuting him, but Christ also told Paul that he would receive his call and further instructions once he reached the city. Jesus called from heaven to earth to change Paul’s life, and we can all agree that there is safety in shifting. When it comes to the word and work of the kingdom call there are levels to this. After we accept the call and fall in line with the Lord and as we transition in time there are many things to learn as if were reporting to our first day of basic training in the army. As we embrace kingdom nature there are things like: Divine Dialogue, an Ear for Exhortation, Learn the Protocol in His Presence, Serve in Solitude, and a Consecrated Consciousness to name a few.

In due time and in your season we will transition from basic training and be like those of which Hebrews 5: 13-14, “For someone who lives on milk is still and infant and doesn’t know how to do what is right. Solid food is for those who are mature, who through training have the skill to recognize the difference between right and wrong.”
As Christ our Commander reviews our checklist can he check all of your boxes?
– How do you show up in the Spirit?
– Is the taste of your sacrifices sweet or sour?
– Are you in position to be protected by God, or are you preoccupied with the world?
– Are you cleansed for the kingdom?
– Are you dressed to be addressed?

When Christ our Commander sees his blood over you and you have received the Invitation of the Inevitable, now it’s time to enter the Portal of Preparation to enter the kingdom. But just before the gates of the kingdom open, time has come to receive the Badge of Holiness. According to Exodus 39:30, “Finally they made the sacred medallion the Badge of Holiness of pure gold. They engraved it like a seal with these words: Holy to the Lord.” Is there anyone else that is excited that even though you have not reached perfection, when you enter the presence of the Lord, Loud in the Spirit there is a voice “Shouting” as you are walking, HOLY TO THE LORD. Now that you have finally entered into the kingdom to receive your calling and instruction, we are reminded of the manner God is to be approached? God inhabits the praises of his people so as you Strategically Step towards the throne, let us always worship and adore him.

Being summoned by the Savior, Christ our King reminds us how to be successful and he gives us his Tactics of Tenacity. As you stand at attention in his presence and as our King speaks, suddenly you see that old rugged cross covered in blood as a reminder of why you are called and commissioned for your assignment. Christ the Commander reminds us that there is a faith to defend, and a Purposeful Place that we have all been assigned. Christ reassures us that as we stand in the Security of the Savior, you can be sure that no weapon formed against you will prosper; you can be still and know that he is God; you can rely on being Covered in his Care; and if you were wounded by the darts of the enemy by Jesus stripes you are healed. 2 Kings 6:16-17, “Don’t be afraid Elisha told him there are more on our side than there are there’s. Then Elisha prayed, O Lord open the young man’s eyes, and when he looked up he saw that the hillside around Elisha was filled with horses and chariots of fire.” So smile and rejoice as the Kingdom calls you beloved because you are Protected by his Promise and know that the battle is not yours but the Lords.

Lastly, as you receive instruction from the Incarnate, we have been given the ability to speak a thing as if it was and may we never forget the gift and the Process of Prayer. As we report God daily with our Divine Dialogue, you can be rest assured that there is no Prosperity without Prayer. Prayer is a part of our Kingdom Culture. As we are on the battlefield for our God there are others we can glean from to be successful in inquiring of the Lord in prayer and in daily direction. No matter how small or big we can be victorious because of the Great Commanders counsel and direction. Daniel was a champion in prayer and he’s a great example of how we can attain the same outcome if we faint not. Daniel 9:23 says, The moment you began praying a command was given, and now I am here to tell you what it is, for you are very precious to God.

Beloved, as we wrap this up I have a question? When your Kingdom Report is given to Christ our Commander will he be able to see your progress and check off a few more boxes before an angel can file your report in your book of life stored in heaven?

– Was there Consistency in your walk or was there corruption?
– Was your calling confirmed? “So dear brothers and sisters, work hard to prove that you really are among those God has called and chosen, Do these things and you will never fall away. Then God will give you a grand entrance into the Eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” (2 Peter 1:10-11)
– Was there evidence of God in you?
– Was there victory with you being God’s vessel?

God bless you all.
